Welcome to Bluemont, Virginia

A National Historic Landmark

Bluemont, Virginia is a bucolic village located just off Route 7. The village contains a mixture of lovely old homes, historic buildings, former schoolhouses, and a number of active businesses. The surrounding neighborhood stretches across the crest of the Blue Ridge (including a length of the Appalachian Trail) and down to the Shenandoah River.

The New Bluemont Farmers Market

Every Sunday from 10-2

It is an honor to celebrate our 25th anniversary of bringing agriculture and the community together in Loudoun County, by opening our fifth location in a Village and General Store of such historic significance. The E. E. Lake Store of 100 years ago strived to supply provisions to the people of the town and surrounding farms. Likewise, our market aims to offer the freshest meats, produce and fruits, baked goods, woolen products, soaps and more sold directly by the very producers of those items.
