Bluemont was officially recognized as an ‘Appalachian Trail Community‘ in March 2023. Appalachian Trail Communities are assets for everyone who uses the A.T., providing food, supplies, recreation, history, volunteer opportunities and so much more. A ceremony to commemorate this achievement will take place on June 4, 2023.
