Old Business:

  • Update on Snickersville Academy fundraising: We spent $48,000 and have raised $20,000 so far.
  • We received a forestry grant for $5000 for plantings at the academy. Abernethy and Spencer (A&S) came out to give recommendations and locations for plants have been mapped out. We will get 27 trees and shrubs (all native). Mary picked out three Dogwoods. A&S will plant the trees. Everything needs to be completed by November 30. We will need to give 100 volunteer hours for the grant.
