Working on two cast iron aluminum markers – One near Henry Plaster’s home and the other near the Civil War Monument. Redesigning the association’s logo.
Old Business:
- Traffic Calming – Bill Bogard In March, a speed table will be added between Epling Landscaping and Bluemont Post Office and the second speed table will be near the church and Montessori School. Clayton Hall Road will receive three traffic strips reminding drivers to slow down as they enter the village.
- Bluemont Planning Committee – Bill Bogard Zoning ordinance is currently under review. The county asked the BCA to prepare a “small area plan” as required by the 2019 Comprehensive Plan. This will help Bluemont retain its rural character.
New Business:
- Bluemont Spring Fling – May 21st – Save the date, more details to come.
